Summary

The San Francisco 49ers got back to basics today as they found a ton of success pounding the rock between the tackles with Christian McCaffrey against the Atlanta Falcons in a 20-10 victory on Sunday Night Football. Christian McCaffrey posted his first game with over 100 rushing yards in the 2025 season and even added two touchdowns as well. Meanwhile, many young players have been thrust into action due to the never-ending parade of injuries, but the team has not missed a step. Tatum Bethune was the latest to step up, as he made a monster impact on this game with 10 tackles while filling in for Fred Warner. This might be the start of this team getting back to a punishing brand of football.
