The first training camp practice of the season is officially in the books. Nothing earth-shattering to report on day one, as you might expect,

but also no injury news either, which is always very good. We had a few more members of the 49ers

hit the podium yesterday, and I pulled a few things that jumped out to me. First, I'll start
