Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers.

We'll get to the podium in a minute, but we begin, as we always do, with the injury report.

Yesterday's practice was half speed, but George Kittle did not participate with that ankle injury.

Christian McCaffrey, Trent Williams, and Yitor Gross Matos also didn't participate,

but they were all just resting. Renardo Green Neck and Ricky Pearsall knee ankle were both limited. To the podium now, we know Ben Johnson is calling plays for the Bears offense, but

Kyle Shanahan, is he doing new stuff or does it pretty much look like

what he was doing with the Lions? No, it's similar. I mean, everyone has stuff they like to do,

but I got so much respect for Ben just in terms of how they run the ball. I mean, it starts with

the run, always with Ben, and the things off of it, which is a very balanced play caller and

makes teams defend everything.

The Bears are one of the top rushing teams in the NFL.

They will be an absolute handful for this defense.

As for Brock Purdy, he really didn't offer much about the Bears, but he did give us a little
