Good morning and welcome to 49ers in 5, your daily update on everything happening with the team that you need to know.

I'm Rob Stats Guerrera. Today is Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers. The Niners were off yesterday,

so there is no injury report. A little bit of an altered schedule this week coming off a Monday

night football. Kyle Shanahan and Robert Sala will speak today at 1135 a.m. Pacific time. Players,

of course, will be available in the locker room after that. Kyle and

Brock will also speak on Friday of this week. One topic of those conversations undoubtedly will be

interceptions. Purdy was the biggest story coming out of the win, and there is a lot against

Brock this week. Number one, he's playing against the best pass rusher on the planet in

Miles Garrett. He's playing against a defense that held him in the offense in check during a Super Bowl

season in 2023. He's playing a defensive coordinator that always gives Kyle Shanahan trouble.

And on top of all that, it's supposed to rain and or possibly snow during the game on Sunday.

So there's a lot there for Brock to overcome.

But yesterday on the Pat McAfee show, ESPN's Dan Orlovsky said he can do it.

Brock has always been a player that you marveled at how early he threw the football yet down the field.

The interceptions this season are far too often late.

The anticipation is gone.

And there's guys that don't have to play with a ton of anticipation.

I heard coach talk about this because they've got these cannons for arms.

Brock doesn't.

And so he was playing at such a high

level because he played so fast and the ball came out of his hands so much sooner than the
