I'm Rob Stats Guerrera. Today is Wednesday, April 8th, 26. Here's what's happening with your San Francisco 49ers. We are 15 days away from the start

of the NFL draft and the general consensus is that the Niners need to address three key

spots. Matt Barrow's talked about this yesterday, wide receiver, edge, and offensive line.

So because of that, because there's not really that much else going on,

we're going to dive in on some of the names that have been talked about for the 49ers

at 27.

And we're going to start at wide receiver because that's the most fun, quite honestly.

One name that comes up a lot is Denzel Boston out of Washington, who Chris Sims said on his podcast is the

best wide receiver in this class. First off, the size, yes. So yeah, okay, you're going to be

able to all the contested catches and all that you're going to feel comfortable with. I mean,

he's phenomenal to adjusting his body, contorting his body as he sits here behind me. He's got great hands to go up and pluck the ball out of the air.

So he has all of that as well.

But then I think the other thing is just that he's got incredible route running skills.

And you can build around that.

And I think that's what you saw with T-Mack.

And that's what I've seen with other guys that maybe I've ranked too low in the past.

But his route running, his ability to cut and make brakes and accelerate out of the brakes is really special for somebody who's 6-4, 212 pounds.

I mean, he's got great feet that way.

And then he understands nuance of route running too.

He knows how to lean people. He knows how to attack leverage and do that. And then he understands nuance around running too. He knows how to lean people.
