arm length matters to you at a number of positions. But first, Kroc, let's get this thing going

He said, was it a mistake to let Sala influence the draft choices so much last year

when he was never going to stay with the team for the long run?

I like those players, but they may not fit as well with what Morris wants to do,

and we still have needs on the defensive line. And I've heard a lot of that, and I've thought a lot about this subject as well, Kroc, thinking about, okay, 49ers drafted three defensive linemen, five straight defensive players, and we're looking at the top of the draft thinking the 409's biggest need is a pass rusher. None of the guys they drafted last year showed or really gave you much of a thought

that they could even develop into much of a pass rusher in their NFL careers. And we're

talking about two top 50 picks involved in that as well. Well, you know, I don't know if

Robert Salah thought that he would have the same kind of, you know, influence, excuse me, the same kind of, not just

influence, but would he be someone that NFL teams wanted? I thought he would be done. Like,

I thought it would be over. It was a, you know, a travesty over there in New York and not all his
