it was definitely unexpected

as is always the case it's so it makes the draft so much fun. You think it's going one way, so much group think is involved in this process and it's for months and months and months and months and analysts and people start to all kind of have the same ideas and reporters get information

and everyone believes the same things are going to happen

and then it comes drafting and everything's put on its ear.

And then some of the things you thought were lies the whole time end up being true. And so it's a lot of fun. And we'll get into some of that stuff that happened on round one, including the newest 49er, Bosa defensive end out of Ohio State and really the first

round couldn't have gone any better from a 49er's perspective more on that more

who's still on the board going in to day two and you know aside from some massive trade offer that the 49ers could have collected a ton of picks and dropped down and still gotten a really good player. I think, you know, going

Kyler Murray one to the Cardinals and leaving Nick Bosa who I think is still was the best player in the

draft there for the 49ers at two is about as good as this thing could have gone and

then what happened after that second pick is really important and that leaves the

49ers in a very good position going into the second round and probably into the third round.
