There is a burning desire in everyone to be happy, but somewhere in our collective pursuit, we’ve lost our way – whether that’s feeling trapped by trauma, overwhelmed with shame, or caught on a rinse and repeat spin of numbing vices.  Gabby Bernstein has been exactly where you are, and she’s come out the other side. Fresh from penning her 11th book, “Happy Days,” Gabby joins Almost 30 Nation to share how her past traumas have shaped her to become the embodied, liberated being she is today.  Plus, she reveals the multi-faceted blueprint that will release you from the shackles of the past and carve the path to a liberated YOU.  We also talk about: Understanding the nuances of trauma  How to regulate the feeling of anxiety in the body  Everything you wanted to know about IFS therapy  How to empower “the leader” over “the protector”  Why grief and loss bring Gabby back to faith and divine trust  Moving through grief with grace  Postpartum depression  Wellness dogma + medication stigma  Sponsors: Joybird | Visit joybird.com/almost30 for 30% off your purchase.  Each & Every  | Get 30% off your first purchase at eachandevery.com/almost30 and use the code “ALMOST30”at checkout.  Open | Get 30 days free with the code ALMOST30 at open-together.com/almost30 Buffy | Go to www.buffy.co use code ALMOST30 for $20 off SAKARA | Go to sakara.com/almostsakara and use code ALMOSTSAKARA for 20% off your first order Resources: (Use keywords, titles, proper nouns, etc., to describe each third-party resource) Read: Happy Days: The Guided Path From Trauma To Profound Freedom And Inner Peace Website: gabbybernstein.com  Instagram: @gabbybernstein Join our community: almost30.com/membership facebook.com/Almost30podcast/groups Podcast disclaimer can be found by visiting: almost30.com/disclaimer.  Find more to love at almost30.com! I love Gab. It's so nice. I remember the first time that we interviewed Gabby and I was so

0:50.3

like that nervous. I remember about someone like Gabby who is, you know, very, very popular and,

on her ninth. And, you know, now to have built a rapport. We went to our best of law masterclass,

1:10.4

spent time with her in person and have interviewed her a few times now. It's just nice to like

1:20.6

Yes, 100%. Yeah, when we met in person, it was crazy because I was like, oh, this is someone

1:26.7

that I've looked up to and just being able to be in their energy. And I remember we shared our

1:30.9

first episode with her people from my like high school. We're like, oh, wow, that's so cool.

1:36.1

So this is a really great conversation about trauma and healing in her new book Happy Days, which

1:41.2

1:47.6

Karpalu in New York. And she was writing it at the time and she was so passionate about it.

1:53.0

She was so excited about it. And it feels really timely because I feel like there's so much
