It has been a crazy week and I am so excited to be back podcasting.

Today I want to just share some updates.

I want to talk about the energy this month because it's so potent.

I've been really feeling this vortex that we're in.

We have so much good energy happening.

So many powerful shifts.

So we're going to talk about energy updates.

I'm just going to see what comes through.

What do we need to know this month?

I feel like I've been talking about this again and again and again, but different people, different platforms. You know the drill. But this is the first solo I am recording post book launch party, book launch. So I'm recording this on the third. The book came out yesterday on 2222. Obviously, I chose that for a reason I wanted to

to use that portal energy. It was kind of a weird day. I mean, it was a great day. It was a great day.

Whenever I'm launching something really big, I try to make sure my schedule is super clear and I'm just relaxing in receiving and doing things

that fill me up, lots of self-care or friend time, whatever it is.

So I kind of get my mind off of it and I just want to be in that energy of receiving so

that things can come in energetically.

And yesterday was definitely a very chill day, but at the same time,

I could feel the potency of the energy at being 2-22. And I really just couldn't, I couldn't do anything.

I just sat. I just sat on my dining table. I just sat there for like hours. I'm like, I can't do

anything. I sat there until we had a channel collective sat there for like hours. I'm like, I can't do anything.
