I think the first the most important thing is get a diagnosis, get a diagnosis, get a diagnosis, and that's a huge thing for our community right because with these things right with a lot of the things I was talking about earlier like the last thing that you want to do is put another label on yourself as a black person you know you like shit I already got enough label.
