Summary

Catholics believe that the Holy Eucharist is the substance of the Body and Blood of Christ, but the accidental properties (appearance, taste, smell) remain that of bread and wine. 0:08.5	Our Lord Jesus Christ in John 6 said, unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood you have no life in you and we believe
0:16.2	that that is literal it is real and in the whole eucharist we believe that the substance of the

0:28.0	but the accidental properties like how it smells, how it tastes, how it looks, those remain as the accidental properties of
