0:18.3	across many decades and I have an interesting theory about this, Ashley.
0:24.0	My theory is because we determine our own paths in time,
0:28.0	we shape our own destinies,
0:30.0	and we frequently ponder,
0:32.0	oh, I might have done this, and I could have come close to that or like,
0:35.8	oh, one day I might accomplish this thing.
0:39.6	And I think time travel movies allow us to explore those narratives and invoke all those different feelings of like what could have been and what ifs and perhaps almost touching on regret as well as touching on nostalgia in literally everybody because I think we all think about like oh what could change if I could change that one element in my life.

1:06.0	I want to ask you why do you think we love time travel movies?
1:11.0	Because again there are so many of them. I think what we love about time travel movies because again there are so many of them. I think what we love

1:49.5	in our book club. But yeah, I think we all think when we're at the height of our arrogance that like,
1:54.6	oh yeah, I could go back to wherever. I could go forward to wherever and like I would be smart enough to hack it.
