Before we get started out, though, talking through Tom and his workflows, I just had a couple

announcements for the audience. The first is we have a newsletter. We just started putting that together. I know a bunch of you have signed up if you're still interested in signing up for that please do so I'll put a link in the show notes the idea behind this is there's a lot of listeners that want to get just a weekly email when the show publishes with all the links that are together and you know hopefully we'll have some pictures of our guests and whatnot in there so
