Hey, everybody. It's Marty here, and we are continuing our way through the end of session nine here on the Baymont podcast.

0:08.0

And we knew because we had already recorded and produced some episodes with Josh Bosset before he passed away.

0:15.9

And so we knew that these episodes were coming.

0:19.4

And one of the things we talked about was Sophia. She was really

0:22.7

confident that she wanted us to use the content that Josh had produced before he passed. And

0:29.4

we love that. We want to honor that. We want to honor the content that he had made. And so we're,

0:34.0

we're going to share that episode that he had already recorded. And I just thought it would be

0:38.8

worth pausing before we got into the episode and let you know that. You're about to hear an episode

0:43.6

with Josh's voice. And we don't want that to be jarring or a triggering experience. We want to

0:50.8

honor the content he made. And I just want to tell you that if this experience is too

0:55.4

hard for any reason or not lifegiving, for some of us, it's going to be. But if it's not for you,

1:01.6

please just skip this episode. You can always come back later if it ever feels more appropriate or

1:07.3

right. But all of our experiences are going to be different. That is a part of grief.

1:13.3

And so before you just launched into an episode and heard Josh start talking, we wanted to give you

1:19.0

just a moment of pause to let you prepare for the fact that that was coming. We actually asked

1:24.8

one of our fellow staff here, one of the people that knew Josh really

1:28.3

well who worked alongside of Josh. We're in Cincinnati together. Mitch Lavender, you've heard

1:34.0

him on the podcast before. He's about ready to introduce himself and he wrote a tribute to Josh

1:39.4

that I thought would be a really fitting way to intro this episode. So I'm going to turn over to Mitch

1:44.1

here, but wanted to just let you know what was coming.

1:47.9

And we hope that it's a blessing whenever you get a chance to listen to this episode.

1:52.6

Thanks.
