Remorse is just an illusion, merely the whining of a cowardly soul, too cowardly to stifle and kill it.

If you have remorse for anything you do, do it again and again, and you'll see how easily you forget about your conscience.

And anyway, who said that remorse is a crime? It simply shows a weak soul easily subdued.

Crime is the most meaningless thing in the world,

though sometimes necessary. Those are the words of convicted British serial killer Ian Brady.

Ian Brady and his lover and willing accomplice, Myra Henley, were a British couple who committed

the infamous Moors murders. From 1963 to 1965, they targeted children in the Manchester area.

Myra, who previously was known for being really good with kids and worked as a trusted babysitter,

lured her young victims into vehicles and drove them out to the isolated moorland or back to her house,

where they were raped and murdered by Ian, and possibly by her as well.

The disturbing couple kept mementos of their crimes, including pornographic photos of at least

one of their young victims. This week will uncover the infamous murders that shocked England

and led the press to call Myra the most evil woman in Britain, and she wasn't half as bad as Ian.
