1:25.2

a long time, we also don't know that with age our bodies slow down and aren't quite as resilient

1:32.1

and as healthy as they were in our teens.

1:34.0

But again, this is no surprise. This isn't a mystery that I've discovered for everyone to learn.

The part that I want to share that you may not know is that as we get older

1:44.7

we do go through a lot of things psychologically, emotionally, divorce, death of a

loved one, loss of a job, an unsuccessful career, health issues.

1:55.0

There's a lot of Knox we get along the way that can cause us severe damage.
