off is like, what that's been happening for the last three years with Cody? This is a personal

selfish question. I just want to see what's what's been going on with you since that time?

I think today I probably trimmed more of the fat off of what I do than what I was doing three or four years ago.

Like at one point, I had 20 plus sothustles. Wow. Don't recommend. It was way too much. Like I was, I was just doing everything. And since then, I've like really narrowed my focus to kind of a main three things. I have like my digital products business. I have my real estate business. Then I have my like personal finance educator business, if you will,

media, my podcast. But yeah, I used to do like way too many things. And now I've since

narrowed my scope to a couple of things. But those couple of things have grown in revenue and

scale since we last talked. Yeah, I admire your

ability to focus. One of the things just behind the scenes that people know, like Cody and I've

known each other for a long time in the fire community. We go to a conference every year called

FinCon and get a talk there. And he's somebody I go to as like a really good entrepreneur,

like really good business person, understands products, understands how to grow income, grow well. So we have a lot of fun conversations about that. One of the things I would love to unpack though is like you've been really successful in all three, in all your different ventures, but particularly like you have an entrepreneur streak and you've been really well with that early in your life.
