Injuries play a huge role in this game about a game that we all love.

And it's almost like we don't think enough about them.

Like we know when a player tears his ACL he's done for the year.

But we probably don't collectively think enough about the impact that hamstring pulls have,

or high ankle sprains have.

And then there's the big label of injury proneness that gets thrown around all the time, as

if it's this thing that absolutely 100% exists.

But we're not doctors, at least most of us aren't.

So why are we creating these labels when we don't know if they should exist or not?

That's where Edwin Paulus comes in.

Edwin is a doctor of physical therapy and he's a medical analyst for fantasypoints.com.

I sat down with him to chat about whether or not injury proneness is actually a thing,

and how fantasy managers can take advantage of the idea of injury proneness.
