Okay, this is a good one. I did a podcast called The Mental Illness Happy Hour with Paul Gil Martin, and it was kind of an amazing podcast for me because I talked about my mom.

His podcast, for those of you who don't know, talks to people who have suffered in their

life from addiction or abuse or mental illness in any way shape or

form his podcast has been around for quite some time and he has a big Facebook following and a nice forum of people who

listen and it's really inspiring I think how much he's helped people and he was

kind enough to come and be on my podcast.

So we continued this talk of healing

and how you can kind of grow through and grow out of trauma

and heal through stuff and how it's much more fulfilling to go through that pain

than it is to just sit with it for your whole life. So hopefully you guys gain some wisdom from it. I sure did. He's such a

lovely human being, a really gentle person.
