1:23.0	That was written in 2006, but we just got us a few weeks ago.
1:28.0	This letter helped clearly with his probation or to get back into colleges.
1:33.3	It was a benefit from the DA's office
1:35.7	wrote him a letter of recommendation
1:37.3	and they told the jury several times
1:39.8	that he got nothing in exchange for his testimony.
1:43.0	And the next thing is the fact that Detective Burns did perjured himself,
1:49.0	and I now have proof.
1:50.7	Burns says that he met John DeVito at a drug program several weeks before
1:56.6	John DeVito needed anything.
1:58.6	That's what he came to my evidentiary hearing instead, but I knew that was a lie because John Oftito
2:04.7	himself admits that he was called Detective Burns until after he got in trouble and he needed
2:10.4	something and now I have a recording of Burns being questioned and not remembering anything
2:16.4	about seeing him in a drug program. So he got up on a stand and totally contradict a completely statement that he made on tape
2:25.0	just a few weeks before.
2:27.0	And the last thing is,
