Hi friends, today we are going to talk about morning routines. This is an episode that has

been requested for quite some time now, but my morning routine has changed so much over the

years that I haven't really known where to start or what to share. But now that the twins are

two years old, I feel like I've finally found a groove with my morning

routine. So wanted to share what's been working well for me. And if you're looking for a little bit

of inspiration to start your day, then I hope you have a few takeaways from this episode. So the first

thing that I want to be sure to acknowledge is that there is no-fits-all morning routine. We've all seen that

before, right? Like the three things you have to do in your morning or the way successful people

start their day. And the truth is, so much of your routine is going to depend on your season

of life, your schedule, your housemates, your family members, and so on. So as I share this with you,

Like the idea of starting the day with some alone time and intention is so desirable to me.

And I realize that's not the case for everyone. And over the past seven years, I have been in the

season of starting and growing our family. So I've been in and out of postpartum seasons,

newborn needs, breastfeeding, toddler sleep schedules, all the things.
