1:16.6	Courtney Lakort. She's the owner and founder of the cheese gal. Cheese gal was born out of
1:21.3	a small Nashville kitchen in early 2019, though it was truly many years in the making since
1:26.9	Courtney had had a passion for entertaining and making cheeseboards. And so I think she
1:31.4	said about the age of 15 taught by her godmother. She quickly learned that not only are cheese
1:37.1	plates a great way to feed and of course, impress your guests, but they have a magical, magical
1:43.0	way of bringing people together. So she opened her first storefront. You guys, a storefront,
1:49.0	a beautiful little bistro, French inspired, darling brick and mortar in 2020 and is continuing
1:56.6	to grow this empire. So today we are debunking the myths around cheese and pregnancy. That
