Today, we'll be talking about perfectionism.

Bernice is the proprietor of green growing things plant stores, and she decided that she wanted to launch a course for her customers on the care and feeding of Audrey Too's The Carnivorous Plants. She put together an outline and subscribed to an online

webinar service, and she began to design. For each topic, she recorded a video. Halfway through

the course, however, she realized that the video made her look, well, blue. So she took a course on video production,

and she realized her white balance was off.

So she decided to re-record the videos, all of them.

And then, of course, she decided that the checkout process

for the webinar subscription was awkward,

and surely she should streamline that.

By the time she got everything up and running, technology had advanced, and she realized that

working on getting the project perfect. No one but her has seen a moment of the video.
