AOC called him a GOP MAGA extremist, so...

No, but that means. That means it's a good thing. If we had Democrats cheering for this, we would know that they had made a mistake. I agree with that. But instead, you have Democrats immediately, as we saw even when he was just the Speaker-Designate, but they were all like, what do you? you were leading the obstruction of the election and all this stuff.

And it's like, no.

No, he's, I mean, it's interesting to me that clearly he's well liked by everybody and he's been able, like, he's been there for several years and he's been able to not like alienate any of the wings

of the Republican conference which has been good. I think obviously a Speaker of the House you're

going to end up making people mad at you. Oh for sure. Inevitably. But at least he's starting from a

point where like half the conference doesn't hate him. And there were no defections.

Every single Republican that was there voted for him.

So like, well done.

It seems to be for now that this would be a decent upgrade over McCarthy.

You know, that's to be determined still in the way that he runs the house and the governance that goes on there.
