π TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: Psalm 95
Oh come, let us sing to the Lord;
let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!
2 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving;
let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!
3 For the Lord is a great God,
and a great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the depths of the earth;
the heights of the mountains are his also.
5 The sea is his, for he made it,
and his hands formed the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
7 For he is our God,
and we are the people of his pasture,
and the sheep of his hand.
Today, if you hear his voice,
8 do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah,
as on the day at Massah in the wilderness,
9 when your fathers put me to the test
and put me to the proof, though they had seen my work.
10 For forty years I loathed that generation
and said, “They are a people who go astray in their heart,
and they have not known my ways.”
11 Therefore I swore in my wrath,
“They shall not enter my rest.”

| 0:16.5 | Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, whatever time it is that you're listening to the morning mindset. I am thankful that you're here. My name is Carrie Green and I welcome you to this time when we together can align our minds with the truth of God from his word. That's the goal of the morning mindset and that's the only |
| 0:22.1 | goal. Let's do that together today. I wonder did you |
| 0:27.2 | take me up on the suggestion that I made in yesterday's episode. If you didn't hear that please go back and listen to yesterday's episode. If you didn't hear that, please go back and listen to |
| 0:34.4 | yesterday's episode. I suggested that we all take some time to physically |
| 0:40.1 | bow before God, to physically kneel as his creatures under his mighty hand as the |
| 0:49.0 | Creator because that's what Psalm 95 encourages us to do. |
| 0:55.0 | The Psalm says, come let us worship and bow down. |
| 0:58.6 | Let us kneel before the Lord our maker. |
| 1:00.5 | For he is our God and we are the people of his pasture the sheep of his hand. |
| 1:05.2 | What was that experience like for you? |
| 1:08.2 | As I said I planned on doing that as soon as I stopped the recording so once I had |
| 1:13.5 | saved everything I did I moved my chair out of the way and knelt down and what I |
| 1:17.6 | discovered was that as I got low physically I was able to see God on high more clearly. I was able to recognize |
| 1:31.8 | that I am small compared to him in his might and his grandeur and his power |
| 1:38.4 | and that all the things that I insist upon to push myself forward or to puff myself up or to give myself more |
| 1:46.7 | status or authority or strength in this world are nothing compared to who he is just by nature. |
| 1:57.0 | And so I want to do that more often. |
| 2:00.0 | I think I'm going to try to make that a regular practice. To just bow in the silence and to let the |
| 2:07.5 | posture of my body remind me in my spirit who my God is and who I am in light of him. |
| 2:16.0 | Now I want to continue reading today in Psalm 95. |
| 2:20.0 | The end of the last verse that we read is verse number seven. |
| 2:26.0 | There's a sentence that begins right in the end of the verse and it says, |
... |
