Summary

We live in a world of film sequels and franchises. And yet, some films we love, that were certainly worthy, never received a sequel. This episode attempts to correct that, but in order to create we must also destroy—and name the film sequels we would like to eradicate from memory. All of these momentous decisions are made via the most perfect decision-making process yet devised: a draft. This episode is so good, you’ll be begging for a sequel.

more. There's just the one movie. And you're like, God, they should make another movie with

0:49.6

these people because it's really great. And we're going to talk about that. I'm going to have everybody draft movies that demanded sequels in your mind but never got them. And you wish there were a

1:00.8

sequel. Now, the flip side of that is sometimes there's a movie you really love and they make a sequel.

1:05.9

And you think, oh no, no, no, no, no, they should not have done it. And so we are also going to draft

1:12.8

movies that shouldn't have had sequels. So it's really the knife's edge of the sequel.

1:19.4

Sometimes you live by the sequel. Sometimes you die by the sequel. And we're going to talk about it

here. And if it's successful commercially this episode, I don't know how that would happen.

1:29.5

There will be eight more of them.

1:31.3

So let me introduce my panelists who are going to be doing this stupid draft thing that I invented in a fever dream in the order in which they will pick as chosen by random.

Lour, you get to pick first. Hello and welcome. Hello. I've

always wanted to be first. Yeah, well, you are at last. It'll never happen again, but you
