But the quote that stood out to me the most that I'm really happy to share. And I love the way it was phrased was I forget. What was her name? Sorry, do you remember? Kyle will pull it up. So we can't remember her name, but she said, Jeff's Kiffs, a simple quote,

And I just thought that was so powerful and it was such an incredible reminder that to see change, to get to a new level, we ought to do something different than we've done. I'm going to get started next month. We all want to get in shape. We all want to accomplish these great things. But it's the people who actually take action, who put their one foot forward, who invest in the coaching process, who sign up for our challenge. Like, it's those people that really get to see the great results

They've actually pulled the trigger. They've said, hey, I'm going to do this. They've invested in themselves. And this isn't just fitness-wise. I feel like this can be anything. Don't procrastinate. Get started now. Whatever it is that you want to do, don't just say you're going to do it. Do it. And that's my inspiration for this Monday.
