discrimination complaint, saying that she was deprived of her Title IX rights.

Now, onto our top news. Good news for coal plants and those who work at them. The Environmental Protection Agency

announced Wednesday the Affordable Clean Energy Rule,

which replaces President Obama's Clean Power Plan, which was never implemented due to a prolonged

legal fight. The Obama Plan would have put stringent regulations on

coal plants in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Now the EPA is reducing its standards

and letting states make a lot of the calls.

Quote, we are gathered here today because the American public elected a president with a better

approach. That's what EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler said, according to CNN.

One of the President's first acts in office was to issue an executive order to promote energy independence.
