I am doing fantastic today, Tim, mostly because our guest, who we have on today, brings a lot of knowledge, brings a lot of passion. She's a real powerhouse.

But before we get to that, Tim, you're a real powerhouse. How does that feel? How are you doing?

Thanks for asking Lance. I am doing great today. I'm very excited to introduce this conversation that we had

with Dr. Michelle Ward, who is a criminal psychologist and a clinical neuroscientist. She has her own podcast and has been on TV a lot.

And we have a great conversation with her.

We really do.

And I love it when people of her stature can join the show and bring not only all of this knowledge, but a little bit of levity.

She's really funny.

Like we have a really good time going back and forth with her and then getting right back on track with these more

serious topics. And she says she needs to do that in her profession. She needs to be silly

because everything can get kind of too heavy. We always appreciate that when we can hit on all

sorts of emotions while we have a conversation with somebody. But overall, I'd classify this

conversation as a bit provocative. And we do talk a little bit about serial killers and Jeffrey Dahmer and more, because Dr. Ward has a show called Mind of a Monster that is airing now, and they go into Jeffrey Dahmer on that show.

And that show is really a fascinating look at Jeffrey Dahmer if you want to get a real-life account of his crimes. And because we covered so much ground in the conversation that's coming up, we actually
