0:00.0	There's a lot of talk about women's issues and women's rights and
0:05.4	patriarchy within the LDS community right now and maybe there are in lots of
0:11.8	religious communities or other communities but certainly within
0:15.8	the LDS church it's more than I've ever seen in my lifetime. There's a lot of emotions
0:20.8	coming to the surface that have been shut down for a long time. There's a lot of emotions coming to the surface that have been shut down for a long time.
0:24.3	There's a lot of anger that has been building up over time and more than anything
0:29.5	there's a lot of confusion and unanswered questions and there's a lot of love and openness and
0:37.6	compassion around this topic and it's a topic I've been wanting to talk about for a while, but I'm really cautious about it because I, first of all, know that I can't do it justice.
0:50.5	And second of all, know that there's the potential to offend people which is not my intention at all
0:56.5	But I don't want to avoid it. I want to dive right in because it aligns with the work that we're doing here at Better Than Happy. So this is part one, the rise of feminism in the LDS Church.
