Hey guys, Scott here. A quick mention about what today's episodes about. You're probably

wondering why was there no show Friday? Well, we were saving it up for this. So for a long time,

I've been wanting to have a conversation on the show in depth about community and how world

of work craft tends to be a great place for this sort of stuff to form. And having been a part of

a pretty large community for now 10 plus years, it seemed like a good opportunity to talk about it,

given some recent events, but also an excuse to bring back an old friend. I won't give it away

just yet. You're going to hear in a minute who's with me, but I think it could be happy if you are

a long listener of the show. The voice will be immediately familiar. So anyway, tuck in, give this a

listen. And big thanks to Matthew Oxley for the music I'm about to play. We've had it forever,
