Now Pops was making music almost until the day he died in 2000. He was working on this record at that time and the title

of the record comes from the words he said to his youngest daughter, Mavis Staples,

when he was listening to the record in his bedroom a work in progress saying don't lose

this lo and behold 15 years later Jim we finally have that album it's a very timely
