Well, hello there and welcome to a very special episode of the Terri Cole Show.

Many of you may or may not know that I was a talent agent a long time ago.

And during that time, like decades ago, one of my clients was Kimberly, a young actress

called Kimberly Williams, who's now called Kimberly Williams Paisley.

As we were working together, this is when she got her first big film, Father of the Bride,

and I've been watching her career in all of the good works that she's been doing in the world.

And I guess we connected over the pandemic, sort of reconnected, but it was easy for me to sort of

follow her career. So if you are not familiar, she is an actress. She's a New York Times best-selling

author. She's an Alzheimer advocate and the co-founder of a non-profit with her husband,

Brad Paisley, who is a country singer. They founded a non-profit for a food insecurity

in Nashville where they're providing food for lots of people. She's worked for many years. She does

TV and films. She was in all the father of the bride films. She's got things that she's doing

right now. She has something out right now with it's called Doggone Opposite Rob Lowe.

She did a Christmas movie with her sister Ashley. I know her as well. She was on a long-running

sitcom called According to Jim, the Jim Belushi for eight seasons. But the thing that's so

incredibly special about Kimberly Williams Paisley is that she has remained such a decent

person and giving back has always been an incredibly big part of her platform and what she does.

So she wrote this amazing book in 2016 about her mother's struggle, her fight with Alzheimer's,

called Where the Light Gets in, losing my mother only to find her. Again, it was the New York Times

best-seller and really gave so many families permission to ask for help. And it really became

this incredible resource. Every single year, she has an annual party in Nashville. It's a dance
