I have been seen by y'all for the last five years or so, but ten years total in the game and there are a few

things I've learned about being consistent being faithful and being focused and

I want to talk to you about all that today. shared this with you and said, girl, you need to listen to that.

Okay, but here's why they're telling you to do that.

I've been podcasting for 10 years and reflecting on that this week has me thinking

about one thing, one thing, and I want to tell you what that one thing is and I want to tell you about

how that one thing can change your life.

Ten years ago when I started my podcast,

I had an over-the-head microphone set.

I borrowed it from my kids.

They were taking Rosetta Stone,

and I was like, unplugplug that I need that for my

podcast and I recorded it probably in GarageBand or Quick Time Player on my Mac

nothing fancy and then I was like now how do I get this up and the friend of the team a young lady by the name

of shonda Stagal who had started a podcast or two in the past she helped me the night

before the podcast was supposed to go live she helped me to get it up I was like I got to get it up. I told all the people I'm going to get it up.
