In today's episode, we're going to be covering the six big ways to make money on YouTube,

YouTube just announced at their 20th birthday party that they have paid creators over $100 billion over the last four years.

And so when people say, what does that even mean? Where is that money coming

from? It's coming from all of the above. Let's cover the new eligibility requirements for getting

YouTube partner program requirements are kind of, it's broken down into two tiers,

which is pretty cool. So there's one tier, which is kind of like fan funding, which is you can

get 500 subscribers. If you can cross that threshold, you have three public uploads within 90

days and either 3,000 public watch hours in the last 12 months or 3 million public shorts views in the last 90 days.

That's kind of that 500 subscriber tier.

But the second higher tier, which this is kind of, you know, most people typically think of when making money on YouTube because this unlocks the ad

revenue in the partner program. But this higher tier is going to require 1,000 subscribers still,
