I have a couple of notes in front of me because I have some things that I want to share with you and so this may turn out to be a shorter solo episode. I promise you there won't be another 120 minute, I don't remember how long last week's episode was. It was a most unusual

episode. It was one of my longer episode. No, it was the longest episode ever in the history of ADHD rewired but what I want to tell you is you

know last week if you heard the episode I I was really actually anxious and sort of nervous about releasing that

episode. I was feeling very vulnerable about it. It was an episode that I recorded in my car. I was very tired. I was very overwhelmed.
