podcast is about today. During times of uncertainty and this is definitely one of

those times.

People and organizations tend to drift into paralysis, they're just waiting.

And this actually presents an opportunity for those people and organizations who are willing to make decisions and choose a plan.

Because it's precisely during these times that the best most decisive organizations

will drastically differentiate themselves from the pack because while the pack

is sitting around wondering what's going to happen we need to make a decision and

you know the title of today's podcast comes from that Chinese proverb that says the best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago and the second best time is right now.
