So we're back with Brian Sharon from Silva Phoenix Instruction for the second part of this two-part series.

Last week we talked about the struggle of work-life balance and what got him into this industry.

This week we're talking about his company and how he manages expectations

with his sub pool.

It reminds me no matter how much branding and I. G how many followers it's all irrelevant

because I'm still annoyed that I feel like I've wasted time on my career.

Yeah, but I like that's where but why even think about it?

It's just the way I am. I know. It's not gonna change it's like making a mistake I do. think about it like ever since even on last

podcast I learned a lot where you know Tyler made some great points in the

podcast about how we you know don't value ourselves enough in our family time.

And it made me think about a lot of stuff

that I'm doing right now, where last week,

I was, whatever, last podcast,

I was doing the Trampoline Park, and I was bidding the trampoline park and I was bidding the trampoline park and I looked at it like this is how it's going to grow my business and I could do that and the problem was I wasn't looking internally enough where am I ready for this if I

wait a year in that trampoline park two comes down the line it comes to me is that a

better option for me to take on because at that point I'll be ready to rock and roll and right now

I'm gonna stretch myself out so thin and I'm gonna sacrifice family time and being able to

do sports and not like I'll still show up to coaching.

I'll just be five minutes before puck drop.

Where am I really coaching?

The kids really, they're gonna panic a little bit where coaches in here,

why isn't coach here, coaches in here?
