Earlier this year, I had the priviledge of visiting Uganda with 16 podcast listners to do humanitarian work and also to spend time practicing mindfulness. 0:47.2	listeners and we went to Uganda and spent nine days doing mindfulness retreat, humanitarian work
0:55.3	and we ended the trip with a safari and saw all the cool things that you would hope to see in
1:01.2	Africa and it was a really incredible trip and it's a trip that we're planning to do again.
