Good afternoon.

Hello, how are you? Happy Friday. I am absolutely exhausted. I don't know what's happened to me in the last 24 hours. I'm not ill. Edward has slept through the night for the first time last night.

W-hoo! That is amazing. Not one wake-up in the night.

That is, no, that is celebrations. It really is. So on Tuesday, yeah, because I guess

Monday doesn't count because it was a bank holiday. Tuesday I set myself or go, I thought, right, I'm doing

it this time. By the weekend I want him

sleeping through the night so I've been like quite consistent with it and I haven't

redone the cryout method what I've been doing is laying him in his car and

then just keeping my hand on him and then letting him kind of wait until he drifts off and then I've been leaving the room.

And then we had a couple of wakes up the first night, couple the next night, and then last night absolutely nothing.

He slept all the way through.

Oh my God, did you wake up and go and check and be like, is he okay?

Straight away, I was, yeah, I was like, it was, and as you know he woke up, so he woke up at six o'clock this morning and I was like,

oh gosh, and it was obviously a light out, check my phone because I set my line for half six last night.

So I was thinking, I didn't, it wouldn't matter, but I was thinking he's definitely going to wake up in the night, but I wasn't expecting it.

So I was shocked. And I, when I went in there this morning it's so dark

so dark so I've made the room as dark as possible because obviously the yeah evenings are so

light now aren't they so oh yeah well in there picked him up and I was like

well but he was all puffy where he'd had like a proper sleep.

You know, like, deep, deep, yeah.

Oh my gosh, how amazing.
