managed to convince my oldest friend in the world, David, to co-host with me. David, say hi.

So, David, do you want to introduce yourself and explain a little bit about who you are and

things you know and what you do? No, I don't. Oh my gosh. You kind of have to. No, I'm David.

I've known Maddie since I, we were 15. 20 years. 20 years.

Yes. A grad student doing the cultural studies thing. Is that enough?

I think that's good. I think that's good. David is very academic. He knows a lot of things.

And in the 20 years we have been friends. I like to say we have a sibling relationship,

I think. I don't have siblings, but it feels like that. So I fight with you more than my actual

sisters. Yeah, we might fight. We might fight during this episode. But with love. So, okay, David,

here is how the podcast goes. I've done some research on a subject today and I am basically

just going to share with you what I learned. And I will also probably mispronounce every single

pronoun along the way and Kenna usually corrects me when that happens. So if you're up for that,
