I've just got back from a truffle pick with my little sausage dog.

He accidentally found something the other day.

And I've been selling them to local restaurants,

making more than I was earning on my 9 to 5.

Something I'd love doing the most is just walking through the woods.

I love foraging for mushrooms, all kinds of mushrooms.

So a truffle is just a new one off the list.

And accidentally I've stumbled upon a dog, he's got a great nose for it.

So yeah, thinking of quitting my full-time job

and picking this up seasonally.
