Hello and welcome back to the Mac power users. My name is Stephen Hackett. I am

joined as always by my friend and yours David Sparks.

Hello Mr Hackett, how are you today? I'm doing well. I'm a little nervous because

we're straying into a topic that I know you really love and I'm gonna have to cap

the hippiness at some point.

Oh yeah, yeah.

At some point, you have to like slam it shut real quick

before too much gets out of the jar.

Now, I think that there's nothing worse than a recent convert to anything, right?

And like January of 2018, I got my day one subscription, I paid for it and said, said okay I'm going to give this a year and

now now that I've been using a year and I love it I'm like really into it and you are

going to have to shut me down quite a bit over this episode.

That's all right.

It's a really cool app and we get to explore a lot of different things today.

So I am excited to get into it.

into something like day one is to first talk about journaling itself, which of course you can do outside

of an app, and we're going to talk about the benefits of doing it with an app

versus the benefits of doing it sort of an analog fashion but this is where you get a

few minutes to be a hippie so yeah and this is just a minor version of any episode of focus a time I'm focused from a very different angle from this episode but the
