speaker, and leadership crusader. He developed his expertise in the trenches, hiring, training,

and coaching hundreds of leaders and working professionals. He recently published The Caring Warrior,

Awaken Your Power to Lead, Influence, and Inspire.

T.J. believes that each of us can awaken an inner caring and strong warrior who brings our

best self to life into work. He works with individuals, emerging leaders, teams, and organizations

seeking fulfillment and greater performance. He's a husband, father of four, and someone who

would. Thanks so much, Don. As you said, I just published a book called The Caring Warrior,

and it's just been out a couple weeks, and the response has been very positive.

And it's exciting because, like your listeners, I went through quite a period of trying to sort out what it was that I wanted to do.

And I do think that's a lifelong journey, but I feel

like I'm in that lane right now, if you will. And just excited about it and transitioning to

doing more and more of the work that I talk about and share in the book.
