Yeah, but weirdly, their base motive is actually pretty solid.

They want to protect the Earth from an evil alien.

They just go about it in really sketchy ways.

Well, if they're that sketchy,

how do you know the aliens actually the evil one?

Welcome to episode 477 of Jay and Miles Explain the X-Men where we walk you through

the Inns, the Outs, and the Retcons of Comics' greatest superhero soap opera. And welcome

to an arc that has Ins, Outs, and Retcons. It's a pretty strange one. So we finished

the 12 at long last. And actually only took us three episodes, but still, we finished it.
