It's like springtime here. I don't know how it is for you guys, but it went from snow and ice and cold and wet and gross to now it's 60 and sunny all week long. It's awesome.

And muddy? And muddy? Oh yeah, yeah. Of course it's money. It's like...

You can't even step off your driveway, your foot will sink into the ground.

Yeah. In our backyard is being torn up right now. Oh. Projects. And so our dogs want to go out into the fenced

in backyard. So they just every single time they go outside, they come back and it's like,

we got to wipe off the bottom of the dock and wipe off the feet and dig out the mud.

Yeah, it got to 40 here yesterday, which feels like it might as well be 80.

It's so nice compared to 10, 12, what it's been.

It was really nice yesterday.

So I did a bunch of stuff around here.

A tree had blown over.

I sent you guys the video from the security camera of the tree blowing over.

In the summer of 22, we had a really bad drought up here in upstate New York.

And it didn't rain for like six weeks. And several of my trees on that property died, which is really sad.

So at this point, I've been in for 20 years. And once I cut down these three trees,

it'll be about eight big giant trees, which really defined the personality of this property

when I first bought it. About eight big trees will have had to be cut down, like 100-year-old

trees. And I have to cut two more. The ones you guys saw fall the other day was one of those trees.

And so I cut that up yesterday, a bit of this weather.

Me and Mike cut that up.

And I cut it into 10-foot sections.

I was able to get four 10-foot sections out of what fell on the ground.
