I thought I was coming in with like a hay now, but then I was like hey now, but Susie like it. How are you?

Yeah. Stuff where I was like, got maybe six hours of sleep in eight days. And so I'm like, I set myself a goal.

I really do. I have a weekly sticker chart. And it has one of the things on there is put the phone away by 11 p.m.

Sometimes I go to 12, but what if that's a good tip? Yeah. And then and so I have like a bunch of different things.

Do my workout. Water slash check on plants and do my meditations. And then if I get 20 stickers a week, my reward is to buy myself a new plant.

And so I go into the kitchen. And there is a huge puddle all it like splash all over the floor. Like the entire. I'm like, what the fuck? I look up.
