0:25.4	didn't happen for the first time since I started the whole podcast I started the show in
0:31.4	August of 2018 and in that time people very close to me have died.
0:36.4	I have dealt with all kinds of personal issues, but never have I missed recording this show because I really love doing this and also because I, you know, not to sound like the gap of court I am, but I really believe in consistency. I believe in the container that I strive to create for you of being a consistent resource.
1:00.0	And so it really fucks my brain up that I missed a week. I missed a week both episodes.
1:05.8	So if you were wondering why it's because I got COVID. I got fucking COVID and I got COVID outside. I was outside at an event. I was not wearing a mask because I thought I was safe being outdoors. I was not.
1:19.0	So that sucks. I started getting really sick about 10 days ago and I'm still
1:24.6	sick. I'm still testing positive and I'm also sick. And so I want to say protect
1:30.6	yourself but also protect the people around you because other people at
1:35.8	that I was at that that also got COVID may not have gotten as sick as I did.
1:39.9	I got very very sick and it's lingering.
1:43.6	It was scary and I'm sure I'm not the only person
1:46.5	who's had a scary COVID experience.
1:50.3	This shit is ridiculous and it is incumbent upon all of us to mask in public spaces because otherwise it will continue to mutate and as it mutates we have these different strains that are more or less
2:05.7	contagious and have crazy effects on people's bodies. My partner and I both had COVID we
