I have a really juicy episode for you today.

Today, I am going to talk all about why I don't drink alcohol. And I can't

believe I haven't talked about this yet on the podcast. You know, six years in, here we go.

But this is a highly requested topic from me. It has been for a really long time because I stopped drinking alcohol

before I even started this podcast, which is crazy to think about. And people have asked me about

this a bit and I just never really went into it for a number of reasons. But I have been feeling really strongly guided to talk about this. So I'm going to

share all about why I don't drink alcohol. And, you know, this isn't me telling me what you

should or shouldn't do. It's your life, your choices. I'm just sharing my personal experience

and why I don't personally drink alcohol

and what my relationship with alcohol is like. I know that more and more people right now are

feeling called to drink less or quit drinking. And I know that when you're in that spot,

it can sometimes be helpful to hear from other people

about what their experience was and the reasons for why they don't drink.

So I hope that this just offers perspective.

And again, it's just my story.
