you know now she's probably been there about five six seven times and she's

getting a confidence where you can like wrestle and um grappling and and just learning how to use your body and um it's pretty cool to see like them how to know how to do it then they'll come home and they'll try to beat the shit out of me so um it's kind of fun but i just think for girls it a good confidence thing. It teaches them it's a lot of discipline.
